For every single update of Vic3 someone would have to push an update to (now-long-obsolete) EU4 to keep it still compatible. It's simply unfeasible, which is why official CK2 to EU4 isn't and likely won't be updated past 1.30.

EU4 is massive compared to vic3, so much to learn and pretty much endless gameplay. Utterly incredible. Vic3 is more casual and chill and not with too many micro mechanics. With the basics being easy to learn but surely hard to master. I'd like to add that while both games are fun multiplayer wise.
