sounds like something in the switch circuit. If the motor works by giving it 12v separately (both ways up and down), then it is a switch/wiring problem. It might be worth taking a vacuum (especially the main driver unit) and disinfecting wipe to all the switches. Run the windows through each cycle completely.To me the key is the interior lights that no longer work, which I would think is a fuse under the dash as opposed to in the engine compartment.
